SUSTAINABILITY IS THE FOREFRONT OF LIQUI CONTRACTS, HERE THEY DISCUSS THE MEASURES THEY PRACTICE TO STAY AS SUSTAINABLE AS POSSIBLE.

1. How we keep our CO2 emissions low

-We opt for local suppliers wherever possible, reducing our furniture miles. Our workshop runs completely on renewable energy, lowering our emission output.

2. We avoid the depletion of natural habitats

-In order to protect our forests as best as we can, we always aim to buy FSC certified timber and board, recycled FSC cardboard and paper.

3. We do our best to limit harmful substances

-Wherever possible we only use water borne paints and lacquers with low viscous levels. We do our utmost to opt for the least harmful materials, processes and finishes without compromising on quality. 

4. We aim to cut down on waste

-We have advanced nesting programmes to minimise waste on the CNC. We work with a waste management partner who ensures us that nothing is sent to landfill. Wherever possible, we minimise the use of materials so that the least amount of waste is produced. 

5. How we keep our plastic waste to a minimum

-Wherever possible, we don’t use plastic in our production. We’ve done our best to eliminate plastic in our packaging including the tapes we use.

6. We consider where and who we buy from

-We aim to use local suppliers and manufacturers as much as possible, supporting local business as well as reducing our CO2 emissions.
