LIQUI’S RECENT TRIP TO THE UAE AS PART OF THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES TRADE MISSION

We we’re really proud to be selected as one of the 27 participating companies for the Creative Industries Trade Mission to the UAE. The week was full of insight, learning, inspiration and networking – allowing us to see what opportunities we could have within the UAE and wider Gulf Region.

We enjoyed a series of networking events, keynote presentations and panel sessions, and the opportunity to participate in one-to-one meetings with some of the Middle East’s flagship buyers. The Expo 2020 Dubai was really interesting and we explored new cutting-edge technology and next-generation creativity. Another high-light of the trip was access to the Burj Al Arab – a brand new experience exploring the world’s most luxurious hotel. We we’re lucky enough to meet the designer who brought the experience to life.

The programme was designed by Department of International Trade (DIT’s) Laura Bos, with the support of Ayrin Choudhury and Graham Ellis. They provided a full-packed week and great advice to continue our journey into the Middle East. We also really enjoyed meeting the other delegates who took part in the trade mission and hope to cross paths with them in the future. We’ve attached some pictures below highlighting our recent trip.
