The Theodore Edge Office Desk is a great addition to our office furniture collection, bringing even more versatility to the range. This version of our bench desk system features a top that sits flush with the frame, making it possible to butt the desks together without having a gap between the legs. This can give a neater appearance to a run of bench desks which some may find preferable to our original Theodore Bench Desk with its overhanging, but beautifully tapered, top.
As with the other pieces in the Theodore office furniture collection, the Edge office desk is made in Britain by our own craftspeople. Using sustainably sourced FSC timber, the distinctive legs and frame of the desk are constructed from solid oak and the top is made of oak-veneered birch ply. The oak desk also has an optional top divider in the form of an upholstered acoustic screen that can be specified in a choice of fabrics. A unified look can be achieved throughout an office interior by having a mix of the various desks in the Theodore range because they all use the same design language of angular shapes.
